What is your new patient process?

Our new patient process is a two appointment process. Please read about it HERE.

How much is a new patient visit?

New patient appointments are $150. This new patient experience includes your initial visit of a comprehensive initial exam, three in-depth nervous system scans, and a personalized report of findings at your second visit—where we’ll walk you through your results and recommend a care plan tailored to your needs. Adjustments are optional at the second visit and are not included in the new patient fee.

How old does my child have to be to get adjusted?

All kids at any age — from newborns to big kids — can benefit from chiropractic care and nervous system support. Infants may carry tension from birth that shows up as colic, constipation, latch issues, or torticollis. As kids grow, their bodies and brains are developing rapidly, and chiropractic helps them adapt with ease—supporting focus, sleep, digestion, and emotional regulation. Gentle adjustments help their nervous systems stay calm, balanced, and ready to thrive through every stage.

Why should my child get adjusted?

Kids experience big growth, big emotions, and constant change—and their nervous systems experiences it all. Gentle chiropractic adjustments help their bodies better adapt, boosting resilience, improving sleep, digestion, focus, and even mood. It’s a natural, supportive way to keep your child’s nervous system calm, balanced, and thriving. Because healthy kids grow into healthy, happy adults.

What do adjustments on infants look like?

Chiropractic care for infants is incredibly gentle—think baby yoga, light stretching, and soft touch that feels more like checking the ripeness of an avocado than anything invasive. We use slow, soothing techniques to release tension in the fascia and support their tiny nervous systems. It’s a calm, nurturing experience that helps your baby feel more at ease in their body—often improving sleep, digestion, and overall comfort. There is no cracking or popping with infant adjustments.

Why are nervous system scans important?

Every day, your body navigates emotional, physical, and chemical stress—and it all impacts your nervous system. Our scans give us a clear picture of how your nervous system is actually coping, revealing hidden patterns of stress and imbalance. This allows us to get to the root of your symptoms, so we can support real, lasting healing—not just cover things up. It’s the first step in creating care that’s truly aligned with what your body needs.

Why are care plans necessary?

After your initial visit, Dr. Christelle will carefully evaluate your nervous system scans, health history, and personal goals to create a care plan uniquely tailored to you. These scans give us a deeper look at how your nervous system is functioning—often revealing the root causes behind stress, tension, and other health issues. With this insight, we can create a plan that supports true healing, not just symptom relief. Your care is designed to move you closer to feeling balanced, resilient, and fully aligned.

Will I get adjusted on my first visit?

Your first visit is all about understanding you and your body. We’ll review your health history, discuss your concerns, and perform three nervous system scans. Dr. Christelle will review your results before any adjustments—ensuring your care is thoughtful and personalized. Patients do not get adjusted on their first visit.

How long are typical visits?

The initial appointment is about 30-45 minutes and the second appointment is about 20 minutes. Thereafter, typical appointments are about 10-15 minutes.

Do you take my insurance?

Many of the concerns we help with, like PMS, hormonal imbalances, anxiety, ADHD, colic, ear infections, and birth trauma, aren’t considered “medically necessary” by insurance companies. That’s why we do not take insurance—we create care plans based on what you truly need, not what a third party allows. We gladly accept HSA and flex spending accounts to make your healing journey more accessible. Your wellness shouldn't be limited by insurance codes.
