A charming 10-acre farm tucked into the stillness of Spring Grove, MN.

Retreat Accommodations

Quad Room

The Quad room features four twin XL (extra-long) beds with shared bathroomsPlease note that you will be sharing this room with 3 other retreat guests; if you and a friend (or friends) intend to share the room, please let us know.

Suites

Gray, Cobalt, and Blue Suites. These are double-occupancy rooms that share bathrooms. They feature great views of the surrounding woods and fields and two twin XL (extra-long) beds.

These suites all share easily accessible bathroom down the hallway.

Premiere Suites

Black premiere suite. This double-occupancy room features a leather sofa, and a private marble bath with clawfoot tub.

Pink premiere suite. This double-occupancy room has a private bathroom with a shower.

Dr. Christelle

Christelle Vu is a nervous system and somatic based chiropractor. She is passionate about helping women release stress from their bodies, balance their nervous systems, and feel more connected to themselves through breathwork and chiropractic. She loves holding space for nervous system co-regulation and teaching others how to self regulate.


Kim

Kim Roning recently stepped away from corporate life to rediscover balance. Kim is passionate about helping others create space for wellness in their daily lives. With a degree in nutrition and an ever-curious approach to living well, she empowers attendees to cultivate rhythms that truly sustain them.


Priscilla

Priscilla Momah is a singer-songwriter, yoga & meditation instructor, sound healing practitioner, Thai Yoga Bodyworker, and doula based in the Twin Cities. She is the founder of Coco Womb Wellness, where she weaves mindfulness modalities such as conscious breathwork, somatic awareness, meditative movement, and sound into soulful embodiment experiences that honor the body’s innate wisdom.


Angie

Angie Tangen is a Twin Cities photographer, woven into the spiritual and wellness communities. She has a soul passion for capturing candid, authentic expressions, to remind humans there is room for us all to take up space in this world with our beauty and purpose. Each and every one of us.

When is the retreat?

The retreat dates are Thursday, April 30th - Sunday, May 3rd, 2026.

 

Is the retreat refundable?

The retreat is NON-refundable, but is transferable.

 

Do I have to have yoga experience?

You do not need any yoga experience. Priscilla is a fantastic yoga instructor and will be able to guide newbies to expert level yogis.

 

Can I choose my roommate?

If you are coming with a friend and would like to be assigned to the same room, please let us know in the welcome Google form.

 

Are there single occupancy rooms?

No, all rooms are double or quad occupancy. The retreat price is per person and based on double or quad occupancy. Room mates will be assigned unless you indicate that you would like to room with a specific retreat attendee.

 

Is transportation provided?

Transportation is not provided, but Big Raven Farm is just a short 2.5 hours away from the Twin Cities.

 

Are there payment plans available?

We have payments plans available. Please click on your desired room category to view the payment options.

 

Are there scholarships available?

Yes! We have a limited number of partial scholarships to help with the retreat fee. Please email us at info@empoweredhealthchiro.com for more information. 

 

Are there any additional cost?

The retreat is all inclusive! This includes your lodging, meals, group activities, and chiropractic adjustments.

 

Do I have to participate in all the activities?

Absolutely not! You may participate in all the activities, pick and choose which activities resonate with you, or choose to rest.
