Breathwork is a self-healing somatic technique that uses conscious, connected breathing to access expanded levels of consciousness while also releasing suppressed feelings and freeing up energy that has been building up in the body, mind, and spirit.
Yoga uses conscious movements to nurture a healthier mind-body connection. Each pose, each breath, invites you into a space of self-awareness and compassion, paving the way for more peace and personal growth in your life. No matter your experience with yoga, it's about honoring your body's needs and embracing the journey.

The hectic pace of life can often lead us to disconnect from the present moment and our own bodies. Engaging all seven of your senses is an excellent way to reconnect and become more embodied. Through sight, touch, sound, taste, smell, movement, and body awareness, you'll get back into your body and feel grounded.

A weekend curated for YOU. This sensory experience will engage your senses, calm your nervous system, build community, and give you the tools to come back to the present. It's a nurturing journey back to embodiment, a reminder to cherish every sensation and moment.

Meet Your Retreat Hosts
Dr. Christelle
Christelle Vu is a nervous system and somatic based chiropractor. She is passionate about helping women get stress out of their bodies, balance their nervous systems, and help them feel more connected to themselves through breathwork and chiropractic. She loves holding space for nervous system co-regulation and teaching others how to self regulate.
Eden
Eden Bauer is an experienced yoga instructor, reiki practitioner, and vibrational sound therapist who offers a wide range of yoga experiences. Eden is passionate about movement, breath, and mindfulness and is dedicated to leading her students through sessions that are as enjoyable as they are impactful. She has found a balance between aiding her students and allowing them to intuit their way into what is needed for their unique bodies.
Mallory
Mallory has a degree in Kinesiology & Public Health and years of experience working with children and families. She will help create a safe space for you to explore and nourish your inner child. Mallory loves to read, dance, and spend time with her husband & two children. She is passionate about connecting with the community, especially supporting women as they experience motherhood.

You do not need any yoga experience. Eden is a fantastic yoga instructor and will be able to guide newbies to expert level yogis.
If you are coming with a friend and would like to be assigned to the same room, please let us know in the welcome Google form.
No, all rooms are double or quad occupancy. The retreat price is per person and based on double or quad occupancy. Room mates will be assigned unless you indicate that you would like to room with a specific retreat attendee.
Transportation is not provided, but Big Raven Farm is just a short 2.5 hours away from the Twin Cities.

The retreat is all inclusive! This includes your lodging, meals, group activities, and chiropractic adjustments.
