Breathwork

Breathwork is a self-healing technique that uses conscious, connected breathing to access expanded levels of consciousness while also releasing suppressed feelings and freeing up energy that has been building up in the body, mind, and spirit.
Yoga and Movement

Our bodies were designed to move. Yoga encourages a healthier mind-body connection through conscious movement. Mindful movement invites a compassionate self-awareness to broaden our perspectives and create space for more peace and abundance in our lives. Only you know how it feels to live in your body, so you get to decide how you move. No yoga experience necessary.

"I closed my eyes to look inward and found a universe waiting to be explored"

Yung Pueblo - Inward

Breathwork was so incredibly healing, that I became instantly hooked that night. The hours following the session were so serene. The morning after, I felt like a new person. My mind felt clear and my body overall felt so calm. This feeling lasted weeks after the session. I found the experience to be incredibly healing in ways that I had hoped, where nothing else was working. The only thing I would do differently is that I wish I would have started sooner.

Melissa S.

The impact Breathwork has had on my direct life is managing stress/emotions, increase in “proper” breathing techniques during working out and reduced anxiety. I found the experience as a whole empowering to be in. A group of women feeling and dealing with emotion by breathing together. I would definitely recommend Empowered Health Chiropractic, for both Breathwork, chiropractic and wellness.

Allie M.

As I focused on my breathing I became more connected to my body. I realized parts of my body that were holding trauma and learned how to better provide for what my body and inner child needed to heal. I felt incredibly safe and was reassured throughout the hour that I could press in more or relax as needed. I highly recommend the Breathwork circle to everyone, but especially if you're in mental health therapy as it can provide such insight and breakthroughs in your therapy sessions. I am more aware of my physical pains and I am intentional about listening to my body throughout the day.

Jessica B.

Making time and space for breathwork has been life changing. When Dr. Christelle first invited me to a breathwork session I was intrigued but also hesitant - I am so glad I stepped into the uncomfortable and now, monthly breathwork is an essential part of my healing and self-regulation toolbox. As someone who struggles to stay present in the moment and often feel as though I'm pulled in a hundred different directions, breathwork allows me to focus solely on myself and my own needs, listening to what my body is seeking and giving space and much needed pause.  Breathwork has become a dedicated time to allow me to focus on my healing from both past traumas and everyday stresses. I can truly feel a difference in my body before and after - I highly recommend breathwork to anyone seeking to let go and find peace.

I registered for breathwork because I wanted a space that I could relax, slow down and clear my mind. I am so happy registered,  I always leave feeling lighter, and clear minded.
