Let's Gather Together for...

Breathwork
Breathwork uses conscious, connected breathing to access expanded levels of consciousness while also releasing suppressed feelings and freeing up energy that has been building up in the body, mind, and spirit.
DIY Fire Cider
Fire cider is a  potent herbal tonic that has been used to help ward off winter colds, flu cases, and other illnesses. The herbs help to boost the immune system, promote decongest, improve circulation, and many more benefits.
Movement
Yoga and somatic movement invite us to explore our inner landscape, release tension, and find balance in the midst of life's chaos. Through mindful practice, we can cultivate greater awareness, flexibility, and strength.
Sound Healing
Sound healing can help release blockages, reduce stress, and restore balance within the body. The sound waves interact with the body in unique ways, changing the frequencies of the chakras and cellular vibration.
